Worst Customer Service I've EVER Experienced

I was with a group for a friends birthday dinner, the first issue came with the menu. It states that with large groups there is an 18% gratuity added to the bill, however the staff was saying it was 20%. They were unwilling to compromise and later in the evening they refused to provide 2 extra chairs for our other guests, who were paying customers by the way. And when it was time to pay, they would not split our bill so that everyone could pay for their food individually. I will NEVER set foot in that place again.

Traditional, but so-so

It's like Rudolph's is getting a little old in the tooth. I remember being a customer in the early years, when bar-B-Ques were not common place. It had decent food back then. Now it just blends in with the rest. The quality of the food (and service) can stand some improvements and upgrades. I don't see this as a "must eat at" place.

One of the top 3 BBQ restaraunts in the Twin Cities, and the cole-slaw is an excellent addition to any meal.
